TGC high and medium consistency centricleaner is an advanced equipment for pulp purification,especially for the purification of waste paper pulp, which is one of the most indispensable key equipment for waste paper recycling. It uses the different proportion of fiber and impurity, and the centrifugal principle to separate the heavy impurity from the pulp, so as to purify the pulp. The centricleaner has the advantages of small covered floor area, large production capacity, simple automatic and adjustable reject discharge operation, free blockage in the reject discharge port, high purification efficiency and small fiber loss. It can be processed by one level with one stage, or one level with two stages. The cone is wear-resistant, which means a long service life; there is no transmission within the centricleaners, which means maintenance cost can be greatly reduced. There are two forms of reject discharging: automatic and manual.
